B&B Hotel Passau-Sued

The place was fully equipped and pretty standard, no complaint, totally recommend. Got a very good breakfast included. - My room included WiFi, a TV, and a writing table. - the location was convenient and unbeatable, on a hill with easy access to shopping malls and supermarkets.

Very very good breakfast was the best, I enjoyed it. My great-sized and nicely furnished room had WiFi and cable channels. Location: the hotel was close enough to the central bus station as well as bus stop and shops.

My room had very very bad view.

The location was good and reasonable in a particularly good area, short walk to all attractions and amenities in the city, a taxi and bus stop and shops. Also, Sankt Gertraud was 2 km away.

Convenient location near bike rental 🚲. Close walk to city attractions and uphill to the town.

I think that there should be more precise description o fthis hotel at your web-site since as it is now it is a bit of over-sell.

Superb Bavarian hotel

The staff here is exceptionally kind, and the location is excellent with a shopping centre and a supermarket nearby, making it a quiet and good standard place to stay.

Secure parking in private garage free with package. Great restuarant with so much food when we were hungary after driving across Europe all day, couldn't eat it all! Really friendly lovely waitress . Decent beer . Great breakfast ! Smoking room so great. Bit out of town but too late to explore by time we arrived anyway.

simple cheap clean rooms, yet above average breakfast. Which was also at a good rate.

The rooms here are carpeted and neat, with cozy beds that you'll love. Plus, they come equipped with handy extras like an electric kettle for that perfect cup of tea or coffee ☕.

Easy access by car from a3 Autobahn (take exit Passau Sued and drive straight on till you see the hotel after a few km on your right). Our arrival at midnight was no problem at all. Hotel beds are comfortable.

Internet access is a bit cumbersome, as they have free access only in the hotel lobby (access in the room is charged). Breakfast is ok, though you have to ask yourself for refills.

the room was small but comforable, however the service of your front office staff was outstanding...thanks for all the help with my suitcase

Fairly clean property

Superfriendly and absolutely kind staff. Big size units with balcony.- Excellent and absolutely perfect location just next door to Old Town Passau, the castle, and the Old Town.- Quick check-in.- Great choice for a trip

Staff tried to be helpful.

The room internet did not Work. I had no idea how the whirpool worked. Everything was in German. I checked out at 5.30am and the computer was not running, so could not pay by card and did not receive a bill. They said they would send by post and I had to pay by cash.

Nothing Rubbish from start to finish even down to the fact that the reception desk would not supply a recipt !!!!!!

Food was expensive and poor. Room which was suppost to be no smoking reeked of smoke and was dirty. And the staff (especially the waiting on staff) where rude and unhelpfull .I would not recommend this hotel at all, oh and its miles from the center of Passau. If you want to stay there (And it is a lovely little town ) stay at the hotel Residenz Its much better all round and cheaper. The most annoying thing however was the dirty looks we received when taking my two young children into the dining area for our evening meal and the look of disgust I received from the watress when I asked for a high chair (which was broken). Be warned this is not a child friendly hotel!!
